「A Frame」SPECIAL SITE

“ The90sASIA” was established by combining a selection of Southeast Asian dancers with “The90sJPN” (The Nineties Japan), a group of dancers born in the ‘90s who were once super kids that took their generation by storm and defeated a succession of champions in battles and contests in and out of the country.

Shibuya StreetDance Week 2015

Shibuya StreetDance Week (SSDW) will be one of the biggest street dance festivals in Japan, with Shibuya as its venue, presented yearly on a weekend in November around the time of Labor Thanksgiving Day. For the first year, SSDW 2015 will be held on Sunday 22 and Monday 23 November aiming to connect the performers (dancers) with the participants (audience) and with the scene (stage) by presenting special performances and battles by the highest-level dance teams in the world, hands-on events, panel discussions with dancers active on the global scene and artists from different fields. Many of the programs are free and they’re not only for you to enjoy watching; rather, by actually participating you can connect with other people through dance. Moreover, you can enjoy learning and gain the power to be able to express yourself. From children to adults, we are providing a variety of programs so people can feel familiar with street dance. In addition, through this project, we strive to discover and develop new artists in the world of street dance who have the potential for international stardom. We hope that you will enjoy SSDW.
